Profile of Production Line
As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the production process. This includes assembling, inspecting, and packaging products, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsabilities:
Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials.
Set up machines, including threading, tension adjustments, and fabric placement.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
Review design files and order specifications to ensure accurate production of customer orders.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, oiling, and replacing parts as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments to the machine as needed.
Troubleshoot issues with machine operation and embroidery quality.
Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production challenges.
Keep accurate records of production, including machine settings, material usage, and production time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator or in a similar production role preferred.
Familiarity with multi-needle embroidery machines and software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Degree:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Industry Knowledge.
Ability to lift and carry.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
Salary:
$14-17 / hour
